Under this law, an organization that works with personal data has certain duties, and the individual whose data it is has certain rights. Personal data are data that provide information about your identity such as your name, (email) address, phone number, age, place of birth, and social security number (BSN).     Duties of the general practice<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    General practices Medi-Mere is responsible for the processing of personal data that takes place in the practice according to the GDPR. The practice meets its obligations as follows: Your data is collected for specific purposes:<\/p>\n

            The General Practices Medi-Mere uses a session cookie and session storage on this website. Session cookies are functional cookies intended to make the website work properly.             For this purpose, like every website, we collect the IP addresses of our visitors. These are stored in so-called log files. The log files are kept on the web server for 5 days to make them available. After that, the log files are kept for 90 days exclusively for security reasons and are only viewed for that purpose.
