By registering with Spreekuur.nl of CloudDoctor Medi-Mere, you can easily submit a healthcare question via your phone, tablet, or computer. Using our digital doctor’s assistant, it will be determined whether it is necessary to come to the practice or if the healthcare question can be handled online. This enables patients to be treated more quickly, reducing the pressure on healthcare.<\/p>\n

With the help of CloudDoctor’s digital doctor’s assistant, symptoms can be detected early. A preliminary diagnosis is made based on a questionnaire, identifying what you need to receive appropriate care. Well-known are Mijngezondheid.net and the MedGemak App. Recently, within OnlineCare, we also use Spreekuur.nl, our digital doctor’s assistant. On Spreekuur.nl, you engage in a chat conversation via your mobile, tablet, or computer. Here’s how it works. First, you create an account on Spreekuur.nl and select what you need advice on. Then, you answer a series of questions and can optionally share a photo of the complaint. The general practitioner then reviews this information to assist you effectively. You will receive a personal response as soon as possible. If the general practitioner wishes to see you, you can have a video call. Only the relevant healthcare provider has access to your medical records. If the general practitioner prescribes medication, you can collect it from your pharmacy.
