We would like to inform you about our registration policy at Medi-Mere.
Here are some important points if you are switching to Medi-Mere:
Our Medi-Mere Buiten location is housed in a building that cannot be expanded further, which unfortunately means we are no longer able to accept new registrations.
Registration at another Medi-Mere location is not possible if you live in postcodes 1331 through 1336, 1338 or 1339, because we work on the basis of postcode areas. We recommend contacting a GP practice in your own postcode area.

Until your registration has been processed and you have received our welcome email, you remain a patient at your current health center.
Our doctor’s assistant will contact you as soon as possible. This may take several weeks. We depend on your previous GP and health center to forward your medical file.
