We would like to inform you about our registration policy at Medi-Mere.
Here are some important points if you are switching to Medi-Mere:

  • If you are moving from outside Almere to an address within the postcodes listed below, you can register with us.
  • If you are moving within Almere to an address within the postcodes listed below, you can register with us.
  • If you are moving within Almere within the same postcode area, you cannot register with us.
  • If you are not moving and are already registered with another GP, you cannot register with us.
  • Do you live in the Hout district (within postcodes 1341, 1343, 1344, 1345, 1346, 1349, 1358)?
    Then you may always register with Medi-Mere Hout.

 

Our Medi-Mere Buiten location is housed in a building that cannot be expanded further, which unfortunately means we are no longer able to accept new registrations.
Registration at another Medi-Mere location is not possible if you live in postcodes 1331 through 1336, 1338 or 1339, because we work on the basis of postcode areas. We recommend contacting a GP practice in your own postcode area.

Attention!
Until your registration has been processed and you have received our welcome email, you remain a patient at your current health center.
Our doctor’s assistant will contact you as soon as possible. This may take several weeks. We depend on your previous GP and health center to forward your medical file.

We apply the following postcode areas for new registrations; unfortunately, we cannot register you if you live outside these postcodes:

  • Medi-Mere Stad: 1311 to 1316, 1319, 1321 to 1324
  • Medi-Mere Poort: 1309, 1361, 1362, 1363
  • Medi-Mere Hout: 1341, 1343, 1344, 1345, 1346, 1349, 1358
  • Medi-Mere Haven: 1351 to 1357, 1359
  • Medi-Mere Buiten is currently closed for new registrations.
